At VMS, we have coined the acronym S.T.A.R.C. to represent the ideals and benchmarks to our success. S.T.A.R.C. stands for Support, Training, Accountability, Reliability, and Consistency. Support

We believe in a hands-on approach with every single one of our dealers. By working closely with the finance department, providing detailed weekly or monthly finance reports, and employing professionals with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry, we are able to help close deals and consult on products and sales techniques. At VMS, a commitment to communication is the key to our success, we are readily available to answer questions or troubleshoot any concerns you might have.

Training

VMS provides in house, as well as, out of house training. Our state of the art facility is a serious, educational environment that encourages interaction among all of our trainees. With a focus on pitch techniques, product knowledge, word tracks, and menu use, every trainee leaves with feeling confident and ready to sell. In addition to training, we also follow through to ensure teachings are being implemented in the showroom and service centers.

Accountability

Each client undergoes a detailed analysis of what is being pitched, produced, and sold. Once we have identified opportunities for improvement, we drill down on making sure that a plan of action is implemented. By tracking the growth and success of these initiatives, we are able to work with finance managers and service writers to hold teams accountable and track their progression.
